REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final, with one exception: UK customers have a legal 14-day right to change their mind. Details below.

Digital Products

eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly and can't be returned.
If you're having a technical issue with delivery or access, please reach out directly to BookFunnel's support team at help@bookfunnel.com. They're really good at this.

Physical Goods

We're not responsible for orders that arrive late, go missing, get damaged in transit, or are marked as delivered but didn't make it to you. That falls on the carrier. Please contact them directly with your tracking number and they can open a claim on your behalf.

If your order was fulfilled incorrectly on our end, that's absolutely something we want to fix. Email obsession@seraphinablack.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We'll take it from there.

UK Customers

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Email us to let us know and get the required return address information, then mail the book back within 14 days of telling us. You cover return postage. We'll refund the book plus standard shipping within 14 days of it arriving back, or of you sending proof you mailed it.

Same 14 days on eBooks and audiobooks. Just email us.
